The LTD training program for athletes is unlike most physical preparation programs. We progress athletes through 5 pillars.
Personalized Movement Prep:
Each athlete is screened for movement inefficiencies and limitations and then given personalized exercises to warm up with
Performance Vision Training:
We train the visual system to improve dynamic acuity, peripheral awareness, and eye teaming. Most of the information your brain uses to make in-game decisions, is via the visual system.
Speed:
We have the tools to train your athlete to be FAST. Athletes will improve technique as well as explosiveness.
Agility:
It's not ladder drills or preprogrammed drills set on repeat. Your athlete will explore movements needed to change direction, cut, curl, stop and go, dodge, spin, roll and everything else it takes to have agility, and then put it to the test in actual game play vs other athletes.
Strength:
We progress strength over the course of the program to appropriately load each athlete. Your athlete will be able to notice the strength improvements by the end of the program.
We've trained hundreds of high school athletes. Many have gone on to play college sports and some have become professional athletes.
Athletes looking to gain an edge will benefit from sports performance training at e3. We take an individualized and systematic approach to each athlete’s training.
